Overview

The New Local Government Network in partnership with the Local Government Chronicle are delighted to present the 10th NLGN Annual Conference.

This year the event will focus on how local authorities can act as enablers in order to achieve local growth.

Despite the cuts and changes to the structures of many local authorities, councils still have a vital role to play in developing economic growth. You will need to promote and secure local growth by using influence, rather than a straight economic role. This is a change, but also an opportunity and now is the time to optimise your ability to do this.

This year the NLGN Annual Conference will debate all the pressing issues around achieving growth, keep you up to date with government policy and guidance and provide you with key case studies from across the country.

This is an essential event for all those in local government looking to improve the prosperity of their areas.
